Memorial Doves | Christmas Season
During the Christmas season volunteers are available at our local banks and a number of stores where they place Doves on Christmas Trees for a Memorial Donation.
3rd Party Events | Anytime
Events are hosted with Hospice being the recipient of the funds raised. In consideration of that Hospice offers the rentals of items from their rental business at no cost to organizations that are naming Hospice for the proceeds.
North of 7 Film Fest
Hospice North Hastings has become a partner with the Film Circuit which is a division of the TIFF (Toronto International Film Festival) Amazing movies are shown at the Bancroft Village Playhouse on the second Tuesday of each month...Sept to June and also on the fourth Tuesday in February and March . The Missing Link North Hastings Edition
is a thin paper or coffee news that is great for a quick entertaining read when you are waiting for an appointment, food or if you are just bored. On this single sheet of paper there are advertising from local establishments, games, trivia, useful information and local happenings. It is published twice a month. The Missing Link is available at the hospital, nursing and retirement homes, doctor and dentist offices, restaurant and fast food establishments, motels, car dealerships, garages and retail outlets. John Flagg Memorial Ride:
Annual spring memorial motorcycle ride through the hills of North Hastings in honour of police officer John Flagg. Funds raised support the Hospice House.
Autumn Colours Hike for Hospice.
Annually on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Run Walk or Ride at the River’s Edge Golf Club and see the beautiful colours. You can hike as an individual or as a team!! Prizes!!
